      My Grandfather was a Scots Gaurds, Gaurdsman wounded in Italy on 16/11/1943 and is recorded on casualty list No 1292.

      How do I find out more details ?

      Colin.

      He was injured at the tail end of the First Battle of Monte Camino – the US Fifth Army break in battle for the attack on the Gustav Line just short of Cassino.
